The Aragonese Parliament has given its approval in the plenary session held this Thursday to the Decree Law 1/2024 on drought aid prepared by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, which came into force on September 26.
Thus, for the distribution of direct aid to the agricultural sector, two zones have been determined: an area of maximum affection and an area of severe affection. In this sense, these aids are expected to reach 304 municipalities and 19 districts, in one or the other zone, being beneficiaries all the farms in twelve of them: Ribera Baja del Ebro, Campo de Cariñena, Campo de Belchite, Bajo Martín, Jiloca, Cuencas Mineras, Andorra-Sierra de Arcos, Bajo Aragón, Comunidad de Teruel, Maestrazgo, Gúdar-Javalambre and Matarraña.
