Biodynamic Agriculture, which emerged from Rudolf Steiner’s lectures in 1924, redefines food production with a holistic approach and the vitalisation of farms. Conceived as an organism where plants, animals and humans coexist harmoniously, this practice considers cosmic rhythms in agricultural production and animal husbandry. Planting and harvesting are scheduled according to favourable days, reflecting a connection with natural cycles.

Training in Biodynamic Agriculture focuses on understanding the principles behind this methodology, adopting a practical approach. In addition, the importance of Demeter certification, which distinguishes products produced under biodynamic parameters, is highlighted. This certification not only validates the application of specific practices, but also ensures the quality and vitality of the resulting food.

In this training we will advance in the knowledge of the principles that govern biodynamics giving a practical approach to the training, as well as in the knowledge and application of the certification that distinguishes the products produced under its parameters: Demeter Certification.

Workers in the agricultural sector, self-employed or in a situation of ERTE or unemployed, as well as young people who want to join the agro-ecological production. Links to the agri-food sector in Aragon will be an asset.
