World organic farming continues to grow but at a slower pace

Both organic farmland and retail sales continued to grow globally, according to data from 191 countries (end-2021 data). Published by FiBL and IFOAM – Organics International, the 24th edition of ‘The World of Organic Agriculture’ shows that the global growth trend observed in previous years continued in 2021, albeit at a slower pace.
