Aragon reached 106,716 hectares of organic area in 2022 and recorded an increase in the number of operators to 1688.
These are some of the highlights of the Activity Report of 2022 presented by Aragón Ecológico, which was attended by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment of the Government of Aragon, Joaquín Olona, and the Director General of Innovation and Agrifood Promotion, Carmen Urbano.
Antonio Artal, president of Aragón Ecológico, accompanied by the manager, Pedro Fatás, have been in charge of presenting last year’s data showing an increase of 60% in the number of organic operators since 2019. As for the number of hectares reached last year to 106.716,56.
