The agenda will address aspects such as the regulations and control of the European Union, the Common Agricultural Policy in the period 2023-2027, practical advice on organic farming, integrated pest management, entrepreneurship or the commercialization of organic production.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food has launched the Organic Agriculture Advisory Course to introduce the basic principles of organic agricultural production and provide an overview of the legislation governing it. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of operators in this sector while improving the visibility and value of the agri-food sector for rural areas and the Spanish economy.
The online course, available through the virtual campus, is primarily designed for active farm advisors and professionals interested in engaging in organic production. It is conducted by industry professionals who have collaborated in creating the educational materials, supporting students in autonomously navigating the training and evaluation process. The practical format of the course ensures an engaging experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace.
