Olona: “Promoting the consumption of organic products through gastronomy is a success”.
In his speech, the counselor highlighted the work of the Aragonese Committee for Organic Agriculture and pointed out that “promoting the consumption of organic products through gastronomy -as is done with the publication of this book- is a success”. Likewise, he recalled that Aragón Ecológico forms part of the differentiated quality figures that the Community has.
On this occasion, Aragón Ecológico wanted to base each dish and each recipe, as well as on the flavour and quality of the products, on the nutritional properties that these foods bring together and that make up a healthy and balanced diet for all tastes and ages. To this end, it has been advised by the nutritionist Laura Reviejo.
