The president of Aragón Ecológico, Antonio Artal, provided an initial assessment of the presence of Aragonese producers at the BIOFACH fair held in Nuremberg last week.

At the Aragon stand, which was organized by Aragón Exterior (Arex) in collaboration with Aragón Alimentos and the Organic Agriculture Committee of Aragon (CAAE), visitors had the opportunity to discover and taste organic-certified food offered by Aragonese companies. The product range was very diverse and included olive oil, wine and cava, dried fruit, olive paste, coconut milk, and fresh coconut

The six companies present at the stand were Genuine Coconut, offering a wide range of coconut products; Bodegas Sierra de Guara with their wines and cava under the brand Idrias; organic olive oil producers Lafi Biolivos and La Calandina, with La Calandina also showcasing olives and olive pastes; Conservas Calanda with their assortment of dried plums; and Biopalacin Planet, specializing in organic flours, rice, and legumes. Additionally, Ecolécera is also exhibiting at Biofach with their own stand, presenting their wines, legumes, pasta, and cereals.
